A new program within QuinteVation will be a major priority for the group in the coming year.
We chatted with Board Chair Ryan Williams about the upcoming 12 months and what they are hoping to achieve with the group, which brings together local businesses and entrepreneurs.
He says the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) Rev Up program has three businesses and they are hoping to get to six this year.
Williams says 2018 is all about growth in the community.
He says hitting the larger audience is also something they have to balance as well.
He says they want QuinteVation to be the largest Rural Innovation group by 2023.
