It was a very special 2017 for not only Canadians, but those in the riding of Hastings Lennox and Addington.
We reached out to MP Mike Bossio to talk about highlights of the year that was.
Bossio says the 150th birthday of our nation stood out.
What volunteers have done in the riding is very special, says Bossio.
He adds that the nation had strong growth in the economy, leading the G7 countries with 3.7 percent growth.
Food insecurity, poverty and infrastructure will continue to be priorities for the coming year.
