A local insurance company has been honoured for their technological work.
McDougall Insurance in Belleville was selected as the winner of the Keal Techonology Digital Innovation Award at the 2nd annual Insurance Business Awards in Toronto last week.
According to Insurance Business Canada, the Digital Innovation award recognizes a company that has best harnessed technology to enhance the user experience for clients and other relevant industry stakeholders.
Vice President of Digital & Marketing at McDougall Insurance Kelly McKinney says they are “humbled” by the honour, but added that improving customer experience is a daily endeavour that they need to keep working on.
