2017 is shaping up to be a great year for new construction in the Municipality of Brighton.
To the end of November, building permits with a total value of 37.2 million dollars have been issued
in Brighton.
For the same period last year, permits were valued at just over 33 million dollars.
Meanwhile, this year 103 permits have been issued for residential buildings. In the first 11 months of
last year, the number of residential units approved totalled 77.
Last month in Brighton, building permits were issued for 10 houses and two semi-detached houses.
