It was yet another victory for Tweed’s winery last week.
Potter Settlement Artisan Winery was awarded the Ontario Premier’s Award for Agri Food Innovation Excellence.
The award was given to the winery, for introducing Marquette, Frontenac and Petite Pearl grapes into the Ontario wine world.
Owner Sandor Johnson says they are one of five eastern Ontario companies to receive the nod.
They received a national/international nod at the Intervin International Wine Awards earlier this year.
