Plans for significant residential development in the City of Belleville continue to land in front of the city’s Planning Advisory Committee.
At its meeting Monday, the committee will discuss a plan for a three storey 40-unit apartment building on the west side of Sidney Street, just north of College Street West.
Also, a developer hopes to add to existing new residential on the south side of Aldersgate Drive, in the far west end of the city.
That proposal involves a four-unit townhouse and three single storey 16-unit apartment buildings.
Belleville’s Planning Advisory Committee meets at 5:30 p.m. Monday at city hall.
