Fire crews were on the scene of a Trenton restaurant Wednesday morning.
Firefighters were called to Boston Pizza around 10:30 a.m.
Chief John Whalen says flames were visible in the interior of the roof, when they arrived on scene.
Crews were able to knock the blaze down quickly and they were also able to ventilate the restaurant.
Whalen says he believes the fire was caused by belts in the cooking equipment seizing.
The store had no customers inside at the time of the blaze.
