You may be seeing men and women in military uniform around The County over the next few days.
It is all part of a military training exercise which goes from Friday to Sunday, in Picton and Bloomfield.
About 40 soldiers from the 4th Canadian Division Reserve will be in small teams, acting out a humanitarian assistance scenario.
Uniformed members will be carrying unloaded weapons around the Picton airport and fairgrounds and throughout Bloomfield.
They are going to gather information about the area, to advise organizations on the best course of action to deal with the crisis.
If you are interested in interaction during the exercise, you are invited to engage with the soldiers.
