A Prince Edward County man was arrested following a disturbance in Belleville early Sunday morning.
Around 1:30 a.m., Belleville Police were called to a North Front Street business and arrested the 25-year-old man, following an investigation.
The man was charged with domestic assault and mischief under $5000. He was released from custody on a promise to appear in court in December.
The accused’s name will not be released due to the nature of the charges.
