There was mud slinging on both sides of the floor at Queen’s Park Thursday and a local MPP was right in the middle of it.
Todd Smith, the opposition energy critic, asked the Minister of Energy about the price at which Ontario exports hydro.
Smith says we export electricity at 2.5 cents/kwh.
Minister Glenn Thibeault came back saying their last numbers in 2015 were promising.
Thibeault says they have spent $70 billion on improving the grid.
Smith says the Liberals are back to the five Ds of question period. Smith says they “dodge, delay, differ, destroy and delete”.
