It was a quiet Halloween on the City of Belleville’s streets last night.
The only incident city police became involved with was a minor one.
Someone dressed up as Jason from the movie franchise “Friday the 13th” was jumping out
from behind bushes in a neighbourhood.
Some kids became too frightened and “Jason” was told to tone his act down.
