We all know the month of October was a warm one in our area and the stats from Environment Canada prove that true.
Last month, the average high temperature was around 17 degrees, while the average low was 7 degrees celsius.
Usually in the Quinte region, as measured at CFB Trenton, the average high for an October is 14 degrees and the average low 4 degrees.
And, it was a wetter month last month than is normal for an October in the Quinte region.
We received almost 146 millimetres of rain, almost double the usual amount of 83 mm.
