The Belleville Police Service responded to 65 calls for service from the 20th of October 2017 at 5 a.m. to the 21th of October 2017 at 5 a.m.
Personation of a Police Officer/ Obstructing Justice
A complaint was received that a female identifying herself as a peace officer was sending text messages to a witness, interfering with a case which is presently before the courts. As a result of the investigation, a 50-year-old Belleville woman was charged with impersonating a police officer and obstructing justice. She will have a court date in November.
