Theft
On the 13th of October 2017 at approximately 8:05 a.m., police responded to the theft of a bicycle at a Frank Street address. Officers were given a description of the suspect and located the bicycle discarded nearby. The suspect is described as male white, early 20s with a thin build, olive skin, with dark hair, wearing a blue and black windbreaker. The investigation is ongoing and police are requesting anyone with information about this crime contact Cst. Johnson or Quinte Crime Stoppers anonymously.
