It wasn’t an easy victory for the Trenton Golden Hawks, but it was two points nonetheless as they squeezed out a 2-1 road win over the Orangeville Flyers.
Will Rawski’s 36 saves in net was the key in the Trenton win, along with second period goals from Kevin Stiles and Mac Lewis.
Zach Senecal and Brandon Marinelli each recorded two assists.
Final shots favoured Orangeville 37-34.

Pirates romp over Rebels
In Jr C action, it was all Picton Pirates in an 8-0 whitewashing of the Campbellford Rebels.
Six different Pirates had multi-point games. Leading the way with three each were Will Harrison, Jordon Cannons and Jaydon Wood.
Aaron Young turned away all 21 Campbellford shots for the shutout.
Total shots favoured Picton 52-21.
