The public will have a chance to get an up-close look at The Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment on Saturday.
All across the country Canada’s reserve forces are opening their doors to the public on that day and the Hastings and Prince Edward Regiment is also taking part.
The Hasty Ps have planned an Open House to show the public some of their military equipment and expertise.

He says the public can see some hi-tech training which involves an “electric shooting range” on a giant screen.

Barkema says, “The Open House will showcase the great work Reservists do on behalf of Canada and will feature interactive displays and activities.”
Canadian Armed Forces kit and equipment will be on display during the event and a number of Reserve Army personnel will be available to talk with the public.
The Open House runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, at Belleville Armouries.
