The child pornography case against a retired former Belleville orthodontist has been put over until December 15 for a judicial pre-trial hearing.
Sixty-nine year old Anthony Garry Solomon, now living in Toronto, was charged with one count each of making child pornography, possessing child pornography, voyeurism recording images of a person under 18 years of age, and voyeurism recording a person under 18, in July.
The charges stem from allegations that the orthodontist secretly video and audio recording adults and persons under the age of 18.
The matter is under a publication ban.
