A disturbance outside on the parking lot led to a charge against a woman inside at the Quinte Mall in the supper hour yesterday (Friday).
Belleville police say people involved in a ruckus on the parking lot followed a mall staff member back into the mall.
At that point, it’s alleged a 26-year-old woman from Belleville committed an indecent act.
She was charged.
No other details are available.
