A young woman is in Belleville General Hospital after falling from a third floor apartment balcony early this morning (Thursday).
The incident occurred at 2:15 at a small apartment building at 24 Grier Street, which is on the east side of North Front near railway tracks.
The 21-year-old woman was unconscious for a time, but had regained consciousness when police, firefighters and paramedics responded.
An investigation continues.
