Belleville firefighters were involved in a rescue in the Bay of Quinte early Tuesday evening.
A man flipped his catamaran boat near Point Anne and the fire department responded.
The man hung on to the boat, floating down to waters near Massassauga Point in Prince Edward County.
Quinte Search and Rescue boats were used and the man and boat were safely brought to shore.
The incident began around 6 p.m. Tuesday evening.
