There seems to be a faster turnover of vehicles using valuable parking spaces in downtown Belleville these days.
One hour free parking signs have been reinstalled in the downtown core, and Belleville Downtown Improvement Area board chair Dwane Barratt says bylaw officers can now enforce the one hour parking.
Barratt says business owners have been happy to see far fewer vehicles parked for lengthy periods of time in the downtown since the signs were put back up.
