A pair of brothers are facing charges, after an incident at Sandbanks Park .
Around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, the OPP received a call from park wardens, who said two different intoxicated men were causing a disturbance.
One was under an order not to drink.
Thirty-five year old Rejean Marleau of Kingston was charged with breach of an undertaking and given a warden’s notice for being intoxicated in a public place.
The second man’s alleged to have been combative with officers.
Thirty-four year old Sylvain Marleau of South Stormont Township has been charged with assaulting an officer.
They both have September court dates.
