The Belleville Senators say there’s another big announcement coming tomorrow.
In a press release this afternoon, the team says an announcement will be made “introducing a major partner in the operation of the Yardmen Arena”, at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre at 11:00 a.m.
Members of the team brass and a corporate sponsor will be on hand to speak at the event.
B-Sens COO Rob Mullowney told CJBQ’s Lorne Brooker Show last week that the team was looking into a naming rights deal for the rink, but no word if that’s what tomorrow’s announcement is about.
He added that if those naming rights were sold, it would be important to keep “Yardmen” as part of the building’s title.
