A 17 year old boy faces charges after a disturbance on Lingham Street in Belleville around 6:30 last night (Monday).
City police report a fight involving several people, with one person waving a knife. A vehicle was also damaged in the brawl.
The 17 year old was charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, mischief to property, and breach of probation.
He was turned over to a parent and appears in youth court August 22.
