It is expected to be an emotional day, but a day of celebrating the life of a local woman, who lost her life recently in Cuba.
Eighteen year old Alex Sagriff will be laid to rest today at St Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Sagriff died while on a grad vacation in Cuba earlier this month.
Our own Brock Tufts is a cousin to Alex and says the last two days of visitation have seen incredible support.
The funeral is Monday at 11:00 a.m.
The GoFund Me campaign has raised over $91,000 to cover funeral costs.
The money left over will be put into a scholarship.
