The Quinte Region’s newest adult lifestyle community is officially opening tomorrow (Saturday) and welcoming community members to take a look.
The Wellings of Picton, featuring 88 rental apartments and an 8,000 square foot atrium, is holding an open house from noon until 4:00 p.m.
Manager Rachel Henry tells Quinte News, the building offers residents plenty of choice, as they decide to maybe downsize their living space and take more time for themselves.
She says they’ll be welcoming members of the public and prospective tenants with a taste of what The County has to offer.
The building, which opened in December of last year and is located on Highway 49 near the Picton Golf Course, is almost half full of residents and is 60% reserved.
