Residential dollar sales through six months have gone up more than $643 million, an increase of 42.8% over 2016.
The average sale price of a home in June was also up to $294,000, a 7.2% jump from June last year, but the number of homes sold was down 14.4%, with 332 units sold, compared to 376 sales in June last year.
Because of that dip in the number of properties sold, both the June total monthly dollar sales and residential monthly dollar sales were down 8.2% and 7.9% respectively
