While vehicle weight restrictions will still be in effect there’s some good news coming for users of the Glenora Ferry.
The Ministry of Transportation says with high volumes of traffic expected through the Canada Day long weekend, it will begin running two ferries, every 15 minutes, starting tomorrow.
Due to high water levels, large trucks, RVs and trailers are still prohibited and only cars, SUVs and half-tonne pick-ups will be accepted.
The two-ferry service schedule will go into effect until further notice.
