A Toronto woman has been charged in connection with a bomb threat in Kingston earlier this year.
Kingston Police responded to a bomb threat, left on a government employee’s voicemail, at 279 Wellington Street on April 27 and evacuated close to 300 people.
After determining the threat was a hoax, an arrest warrant was issued and police say during the course of the investigation, the woman also made a direct threat to kill a judge.
The 54 year-old, whose name wasn’t released, is charged with mischief and uttering death threats.
