Patients in Prince Edward County now know their new proposed hospital location. It will be the old site.
On Tuesday afternoon at the Quinte Health Care meeting in Wellington, board members approved the current site in Picton for the new build.

MacKinnon says the location scored higher than the other proposed site.
QHC CEO Mary Clare Egberts says that will now go to the Ministry of Health for approval.
