It was a busy Victoria Day weekend for Prince Edward County OPP.
Officers responded to more than 80 calls for service between Friday afternoon and yesterday morning.
Among those calls, was a tip from an anonymous source about a possible impaired driver, spotted on Ridge Road in Hallowell Ward.
Officers stopped the vehicle and charged a 54 year-old Whitby man with impaired driving.
His car was towed, his license was suspended for 90 days and he was given a June court date in Picton.
Officers also spent time conducting RIDE checks and traffic enforcement over the long-weekend as well.
