There were two break and enters in the same east end Belleville neighbourhood recently.
City police say homes on Woodland Acres and Chelford Crescent were broken into.
In one instance, a rear screen was pushed through and in the other a basement window was forced open.
Meanwhile, yesterday afternoon Belleville police dealt with a disturbance on Grove Street. A 22 year old city man faces charges of assault, mischief under $5,000. and uttering threats.
