The medical issues surrounding a number of problems will be highlighted during two public health sessions with doctors in the Quinte area.
The medical education sessions are being organized by Medical Resident with the Hastings Prince Edward Board of Health Dr Piotr Oglaza.
Oglaza says they are an opportunity to engage the medical community in controlling communicable diseases.
He says some sessions have already been held and they have been well-received by the doctors.
This week’s session was on lyme disease and ticks, and the one next week will focus on “infection prevention and control” in medical offices.
