With over half of the Build Belleville projects complete, not one has gone over the budgets approved by city council.
Twelve of 22 infrastructure projects are finished, and in total are under budget by around $8,000,000. Including all projects, budgets total over $101,000,000.
It should be noted that both the downtown revitalization, Baybridge Road/CPR overpass/Dundas West and Northeast Feedermain projects had their budgets increased from original estimates by council.
The completed and under budget projects are the Tracey Street/Sidney Street intersection, North Park Gardens, Bell Boulevard/Sidney Street,
Old Highway 2, Old Madoc Road, Boundary Road, Farnham Road, Northeast Feedermain, Solar Fit, College Street East extension, Environmental Remediation, and West Riverside Trail.
