He has coached and played in Prince Edward County for nearly a decade and now he is getting a big change of scenery.
Wellington Dukes Assistant Coach and GM Ryan Woodward has been given the job as the new Head Coach of the Timmins Rock in the NOJHL.
Woodward also played for the Dukes, and spent 2010-2014 with the Picton Pirates as their Coach and GM, where he lead the team to the Schmalz Cup in 2013.
Wellington Head Coach Marty Abrams says the organization has had success in developing players and people. Abrams says he, along with the entire team, is proud and happy for him.
