Firefighters are on the scene of a blaze in a corn field in Warkworth.
Calls came in early this afternoon to the scene on Ferguson Road, near County Road 29.
Multiple fire crews and trucks are battling the flames and have contained them to the north of the fire scene.
Efforts continue to extinguish hot-spots and to stop the fire from spreading south.
No word yet on what sparked the fire.
