Some improvements are on the way to a section of County Road 30, thanks to Ontario’s Community Infrastructure Fund.
MPP Lou Rinaldi announced today, a grant of up to $725,000 to support improvements to approximately 1.6 kilometres of County Road 30 at Old Wooler Road.
The work will include widening of the paved roadway and upgrades to the intersection by adding a passing lane and realigning the road.
The money is part of a total $60 million being invested into 55 communities province-wide.
