It’s numerous charges for a Belleville man who had just been released from jail.
Belleville Police say the 21-year-old man engaged them in a police pursuit last night (SAT) while he was driving a stolen car.
The car eventually crashed into a snowbank on College Street near Geddes Street…where a female passenger got out and was arrested.
The male driver dislodged the car – backing into the police cruiser – before speeding away again.
A second cruiser pinned the car and the man was taken into custody.
The man will face five criminal charges in court.
He was released from jail just one week ago.
