One man as been sentenced and another remains before the courts after a shotgun was fired and drugs seized at a Belleville apartment last August.
City police were called the day after a shot was fired through the floor of an apartment on Charlotte Street.
When police searched an apartment, cocaine, marijuana, cash, and various weapons, including a shotgun and revolver were seized.
On Friday, 24-year-old Tyler Lyons pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for the purpose of trafficking and possession of a firearm without a license.
He was sentenced to 18 months in a provincial institution. 26-year-old Christopher Lewis remains before the courts on drug and weapons charges.
Charges against Marra Fox and Eileen Rowland were withdrawn.
No one was injured in the incident.
