Residents living at the far end of Bridge Street West in Belleville as it connects to Marshall Road are demanding action from city council.
The Bridge Street and Marshall Road residents are still on well water, or using cisterns, despite being surrounded by municipal water mains.
Belleville Council will see letters from residents at its meeting tomorrow saying that water service has been promised for years, but nothing has ever been done.
They want the water lines extended to their homes as soon as possible.
