If you know an outstanding athlete, team or builder of sport from Belleville, it’s time to get your nominations in for the city’s sports hall of fame class of 2017.
Nominees must have lived in the Belleville area, including Hastings County and Prince Edward County, for at least five years.
Individual athletes must also be retired from their sport for at least five years, or reached the age of 50.
The nomination deadline is set for May 7th, with the 2017 induction ceremony at the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre on September 16th.
