The Wellington Dukes still do not know who they will play in the first round of the playoffs, but one thing is for sure, they are red hot.
As heard on CJBQ, David Foot with the call of the game winning goal from Justin Bean, as the Dukes pounded Pickering 7-1, winning both sides of their home and home. Brayden Storz had four points, while Mitchell Mendonca, Austin Labelle and Colin Doyle all had multi point games.
Coach Marty Abrams says he thought they got better as the game went on.
Abrams says it was an improved game from their win over Pickering Friday at home.
They outscored the Panthers 12-3 in the back to backs .
The Dukes are off until Friday night, when they welcome Whitby, a possible first round preview.

The Trenton Golden Hawks gave up six goals for just the fourth time all year, however they still picked up the two points.
Jordan Chard had three assists, while Anthony Sorrentino, Louis Di Matteo, Connor Quinn and Lucas Brown had multi point games, as the Hawks outgunned Newmarket 8-6, in a preview of their first round match up.
Trenton staying overnight in Toronto, as they get set for a major test today in Oakville.
The Blades are third in the southwest. Puck drop is 1:30 p.m.
After tonight, Trenton finishes their regular season against Markham and Cobourg.
