On a special night in Trenton, the hometown Golden Hawks engaged the Georgetown Raiders in a fierce best-on-best battle, ending up with a 2-2 tie in their Pink in the Rink game.
Trenton forward Mac Lewis picked up a goal in the first and assisted on Anthony Sorrentino’s game-tying marker in the third period.

Meanwhile in the County, the Wellington Dukes earned a 5-2 victory over the Pickering Panthers on the strength of a pair of two goal games from Brody Morris and Rory Milne.
Morris also added an assist for a three point night and first star honours.
Nic Mucci added the other tally for the Dukes and Connor Ryckman was his usual steady self in net, shielding 36 pucks from the net.
The Dukes will restart things with Pickering Sunday evening at 6:30. CJBQ has the broadcast starting at 6:20.
And in Jr C playoff action, the Napanee Raiders edged the Gananoque Islanders 2-1 to take a 1-0 series lead in their best of seven series.
Sean Robertson and Griffen Conger scored for Napanee and Jeremy Wasson’s 14 saves were good enough to earn the win in goal.
