Multiple arrests have been made and one suspect is still wanted in connection with an investigation involving a stolen snowmobile.
On February 2, officers with the Bancroft OPP responded to the report of a theft of a snow machine in Carlow-Mayo township and began a joint investigation with Central Hastings OPP.
As a result arrest warrants were issued for four suspects and the snowmobile was recovered.
Thirty-one-year-old Victoria Leigh Smith of Tudor-Cashel Township was charged with possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000.
Fifty-five-year-old Lisa Jayne Canning of Brudenell-Lyndocj-Raglan Township was charged with theft of a motor vehicle.
Forty-five-year-old James Alenander McGibbon of Brudenell-Lyndoch-Raglan Township was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, failing to comply with a probation order and driving while disqualifed.
OPP are still searching for 29-year-old John Bradley Geen of Tudor-Cashel Township.
