Rona Cashway, Home Depot and Home Hardware outlets accept some, but not necessarily all of the products, so people should check first.
`Do What You Can’ is expected to cost 28 million dollars in its first year, but will be expanded to include items such as aerosol containers, fluorescent light bulbs and corrosive cleaners.
