We have a correction to make from a story we aired earlier this week, about charges being withdrawn against Christina Vaneyndthoven, who was arrested in a drug raid in Trenton last summer.
According to the Federal Prosecutor on the case, Patrick Hurley, Vaneyndthoven is still facing drug possession and trafficking charges, but there was some confusion because her case had two files in the system.
In one of those files, Veneyndthoven was charged on her own and in the other, she was charged with a co-accused.
Since the charges are the same in both, the solo file has been withdrawn and Vaneyndthoven has been committed to stand trial, alongside her co-accused, in Belleville Superior Court.
Our newsroom is working on getting a date for her next appearance.
