A Toronto Star columnist charged near Coe Hill, has had her charges withdrawn in the case.
In July 2016, Rosie DiManno was charged with assault in connection with an incident July 12th.
Ontario Provincial Police say DiManno and the alleged victim were visiting Wollaston when the assault occurred.
This week in court, a peace bond was issued and the charges were withdrawn.
