There was a hydro outage yesterday (Thursday) in Napanee.
Around 1,000 homes and businesses were affected through the afternoon.
One source to Quinte News says the outage was connected to a car crash, however that has not been confirmed by Hydro One.
Everyone had their heat and hydro back by 6:00 p.m.
