Bentley Davidson with his big cheque for Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto
A youngster from Trenton that took Canada by storm, with his Halloween costume, is making a big donation to a big cause.
Bentley Davidson dressed as The Tragically Hip frontman Gord Downie for Halloween, and instead of asking for candy at neighbourhood homes, he requested donations for the Sunnybrook Foundation.
He was able to raise $500 and his family will soon be making the donation to the Toronto hospital.
Mother Shannon White says it is a proud moment for her.
Bentley dressed as Downie did, during The Hip’s massive nationwide tour this past summer.
