Napanee O-P-P would like to talk to a man driving a van just behind a car that struck a VIA Rail train north of Shannonville.
Police say the man left the scene of yesterday’s crash on Shannonville road before officers could speak to him.
The O-P-P expect to lay charges against the driver of the car, an 88-year-old Tyendinaga Township woman.
She was treated at the Belleville Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
